• A description of the course.
• An outline of the commitment required by the student before acceptance.
• A clear one-fee pricing structure.
• Clear information on arrangements for delivery.
• The right to cancel the order within seven days of receipt of the first module.
• The guarantee that every student will be afforded personal tuition at every stage during the course by an experienced and practising senior journalist and qualified lecturer.
• The guarantee that every student, who by signing up to the course commits time to complete every module and guarantees all work is wholly their own, will be afforded honest appraisals on an individual basis, including areas for improvement and practical help, by an experienced and practising senior journalist and lecturer. 
• You can take as much time as you need to complete each module but the course, in total, must be completed within 12 months. TJS reserves the right to terminate the course if it has not been completed within the 12 months deadline or at any time if the standard of assignments does not reach that deemed satisfactory by The Journalism School.
• No refunds can be given once the course has been started.
